Mobileprovision file requires XCode Getting a signing certificate requires the macOS Keychain app If you're only going to make Android apps, no Mac is needed. There are several steps to producing an iOS app which can only be done on a Mac: Can run dual OS.Here is a write-up detailing the steps I took to get my React Native app to run. I was running Oracle’s JDK 1.8 on OS X El Capitan (v10.11.6) I had also installed the latest version of Android. A clear disadvantage of working with cordova using the CLI (and not Android Studio directly) is that you can't debug properly or get a detailed information about a native error (unless during the runtime of the app on a device), for example analyze the following class of a cordova plugin: package com.ourcodeworld.plugins Just before running the command sudo ionic emulate android go to the Android Studio open the AVD Manager then create AVD(if not yet created) and launch it in the emulator.Keep in mind that XCode needs 17 gigs of storage. It's possible to use a service such as MacInCloud instead of an actual Mac.Android apps can be made on both Windows and MacOS.Download and install Node. Any Mac which can run Catalina should have sufficient speed, memory and storage. This is required for XCode 11.4, which contains the libraries to create iOS 13.4 apps.mobileprovision file (from Apple Developer site) XCode 11 from App Store (about 16 gigs) Membership in Apple's Developer program. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to check and fix problems. It's fragile: all the environmental variables and paths must be correctly set up.

That’s why even the official website (screenshot below), come with “the best iOS simulator” tagging and not “emulator”. To be specifics:1) iPadian – to me – is nothing but a skin for your Windows PC. What about iPadian, Smartface, MobiOne Studio, etc?Like I said, they are not real iOS emulator. See below for alternatives. Likely. It’s mainly due to Apple closed ecosystem, and on top of it, potential legal issues since hey, it’s Apple! They will pursue anybody, any organizations whose and/or which violating its intellectual properties (remember disputes between Samsung and Apple that runs for very long time), plus another big reason why until today there’s no real iOS emulator is because there’s easy alternatives out there. It’s a GUI based on Eclipse, for developers to create their own apps/games for iOS.The rest are not worth mentioning here. The Best iOS Emulator: Smartface – works only if you have apps/games developed with Smartface3) MobiOne Studio is just like Smartface. So, Smartface is not really an iOS emulator that you are looking for. And what’s more, the iOS emulator only works with apps/games that YOU are developing with Smartface.I have tried it myself and so far happy with it. IOS Emulator – There’s plenty of games and apps you can play in your PC/Mac using Android emulator- Image courtesy and trademarks of their respective trademark ownersAs a start you can try BlueStacks, link here. The real one – the one where you can visit Play Store (or their alternatives), download the apps/games and start playing. Not simulator, not Windows skinning, not for developers to try their apps and games. And luckily as well, there’s a handful of great Android Emulators out there. 1) iOS Emulator – The FREE Alternative – for PC/Mac users. Most of apps and games available on Apple iOS and its App Store are luckily also available for Android platform.
